What is ecoPlastic™ made out of?

ecoplastic™ is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that goes through a proprietary and patent-pending process to foam it without dangerous and harmful chemicals often required for plastic production.

What types of harmful materials are NOT needed to create ecoPlastic™?

Unlike plastics such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ecoPlastic™ requires no plasticizers (phthalates), heavy metals or toxic solvents; unlike rubbers such as styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and chloropene rubber (CR), ecoFoam™ does not contain latex, fillers or sulfur.

How can ecoPlastic™ be used?

In addition to being continuously foamed, ecoPlastic™ can be injection molded, die cut, embossed, press molded, thermoforming and heat laminated to other materials such as textiles or paper.
